Anya's paper tearing training paid off this Christmas as she was able to open her own presents. She also got stuck in the couch, learned how to climb up and down the stairs, and learned to make sound on the guitar. Daddy got the bright idea to use Duct tape for the Christmas lights, which was fun, until our internet provider broke the lights when installing the new antenna. The best part of Christmas, though: seeing the wonder in Anya's eyes when she saw the Christmas lights on the tree. We also turned our dining room into a workshop to make a life-size nativity set as a Christmas gift (which ended up crumbling and splintering), visited St. George with the Wells, and caught a rock thief. Anya loved her toys from Grandma and Grandpa, and we danced in the sunset.
